1. Pick any 3 patients from our current database and transfer the demographics data into Officemate.  Transfer as much matching data as possible including the “chart number” into the appropriate fields in Officemate.  Make a note of the chart number.  
2. Schedule an appointment for this week for one of the 3 patients you created in the step above.
3. Schedule an appointment for yourself as a new user.  This patient’s first name should be “your” first name and last name should be “training”.

3. Learn how to schedule appointment for new patients.
